Cedar House

Conceived by Fenwright Workshop and completed in 2021, Cedar House is one of the most considered homes to come to market in Kitsilano in recent years. Across 3,900 square feet, 4 bedroom suites and generous entertaining spaces are arranged for both grand gatherings and quiet everyday living.

The architecture is an exercise in restraint: long horizontal planes, honest materials and precisely detailed glazing that lets the structure recede and the landscape take over. Every room is organised around light, with floor-to-ceiling openings that slide away entirely in fair weather.

Set within one of the city’s most coveted neighbourhoods, the residence offers rare privacy and calm moments from galleries, restaurants and cultural institutions. Discreet access, secure parking and concierge-level services complete a true lock-and-leave lifestyle.
