Conceived by Studio Kaelder and completed in 2019, The Glass Pavilion is one of the most considered homes to come to market in Point Dume Bluffs in recent years. Across 7,850 square feet, 5 bedroom suites and generous entertaining spaces are arranged for both grand gatherings and quiet everyday living.

The architecture is an exercise in restraint: long horizontal planes, honest materials and precisely detailed glazing that lets the structure recede and the landscape take over. Every room is organised around light, with floor-to-ceiling openings that slide away entirely in fair weather.
